Our instructors are highly skilled in vocal teaching, being professional singers themselves. Furthermore, SoundCheck Music School is jointly owned by Dan Welby, a professional touring drummer and educator, and Electra Barakos, who was a finalist on the Greek version of the popular TV show “The Voice.”

Our advanced vocal program in Tarzana enhances the abilities you’ve developed in previous lessons. Students will refine warm-up techniques including breathing, pitch, diction, vibrato, rhythm, extending vocal ranges, and precise articulations of the teeth and tongue, among other skills.
